Mary Rowe joined The Kreager Law Firm in September 2007 Previously Mary was a shareholder with the Midland law firm of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C., where she practiced for 8 years in the Business Section. While in Midland, she represented a variety of companies and individuals in the energy industry, including CO2 companies, production companies, land men and well-servicing businesses. Mary is extremely versed in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, employment issues and financial matters. Mary has represented numerous financial institutions and companies in structuring and negotiating their lending transactions. She also worked with individual families, and their family-owned businesses, as regarded estate planning and asset protection techniques.
Mary continues to practice general business, representing clients in connection with the formation of business entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, lending, and various other contractual arrangements, as well as estate planning and asset protection.
Mary grew up near Johnson City, Texas, and has been active in live stock showing since her early years. Currently Mary serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Junior Livestock Committee, and was recently named as a Rising Star in the Texas legal community by Texas Monthly magazine.
