Mary Rowe joined The Kreager Law Firm in September 2007. Previously Mary was a shareholder with the Midland law firm of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C., where she practiced for 8 years in the Business Section. While in Midland , she represented a variety of companies and individuals in the energy industry, including CO2 companies, production companies, landmen and well-servicing businesses. Mary is extremely versed in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, employment issues and financial matters.  Mary has represented numerous financial institutions and companies in structuring and negotiating their lending transactions. She also worked with individual families and their businesses, as a regarded estate planning and asset protection attorney.

Mary continues to practice general business, representing clients in connection with the formation of business entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, lending, and various other contractual arrangements, as well as estate planning and asset protection.   

Mary grew up between Fredericksburg and Johnson City, and has been active in livestock showing since her early years.  Currently, Mary serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Junior Livestock Committee and the S.A.L.E. for Kids Committee benefiting the San Antonio Livestock Exposition.  Mary was recently named as a Rising Star in the Texas legal community by Texas Monthly Magazine.
