James Cheslock has over 10 years experience representing both large and small clients in complex business transactions.  James possesses expertise in the areas of real estate law and general business counseling.  James has focused his practice on general corporate law, business formation, mergers and acquisitions and other matters for start-up and emerging growth companies.  James has represented clients in various industries including real estate, healthcare, restaurant, retail, and waste disposal and recycling.

James grew up in San Antonio and has been involved in the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo for several years.  Currently, James serves on the Rodeo Hospitality Committee.
